Welcome to the website for St. Raphael in the Valley Episcopal Church in Benson, Arizona! St. Raphael's is a Mission Church of the Diocese of Arizona. Our website is designed to give you helpful information about our congregation. We hope you will find it comprehensive and informative.
St. Raphael's strives to live out the Gospel of Jesus Christ in relevant ways. We serve the community of Benson by donating material and administrative support to the Food Bank, a local charity that provides food and clothing to the poor. And we regularly distribute prayer quilts to well-deserving people that are suffering from depression or life-threatening illnesses.
We hope you will not simply visit our website but will visit our church on any Sunday morning at 10 AM. We gather for the Holy Eucharist or Morning Prayer every Sunday, and our community is open to all, regardless of status or life circumstance.
Episcopalians pride themselves on being reasoned Christians and a branch of the Catholic Faith. In light of this, we do try to respond to everyone's needs and to offer opportunities for worship, education, fellowship, and Christian outreach.
